GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE
CrossFit group classes are the core of our gym. We use the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, full time mom’s, members of the military, police officers, people fighting obesity, and those just looking for something different making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age, experience, or current fitness level. We take an old school approach to emphasizing fundamental, functional movements with proper technique, before introducing intensity. CrossFit is intense, but we make the intensity relative to whatever you are capable of. The workout of the day is the same for everyone, but can be tailored by any of our highly experienced coaches to meet the needs of each individual. When you walk into one of our CrossFit classes you may see a 70 year old grandfather, a 40 year old mom of three, a high school athlete, and a firefighter all working alongside each other at their own capacity, but towards the same end result. The variety in our classes will give members a large, well rounded, base of fitness. You will learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and core conditioning to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic! In our opinion most importantly, the atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work. The beauty of CrossFit is that we are all in it together, motivating one another to be better every day. The CrossFit environment is one where the person to finish the workout last receives more high fives than the person who finishes first.
